Abit away from the busy towns so ideal for quiet nights, but that's what made it great, highly recommended getting a car. Overall great hotel, breakfast served to you in the morning, staff amazing, view is gorgeous. Couldn't fault it.

This hotel is beautiful and the design and styling is the best part. However, the hotel was simply not ready to be open. We were supposedly the fist guests staying in our suite, but when we arrived the toilet had flooded. I told the staff and the cleaned up the water and told us we were ok. Then at 3am I woke up and stepped in a puddle of water. I contacted the staff on whatsapp since they dont stay over night and he just said there would be a plumber in the morning. The plumber didnt arrive until after 10am. We had to use a different bathroom in the hotel for the first two days. The plumbers did not fix it, and instead made it worse. They then offered to transfer us to a different room. When we went to see it, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I alerted the staff that I could not stay there due to my asthma to which the reception person turned to my husband and said, "just spray perfume." We refused that option and they gave us another suite. Other issues were: 1. there was a drill bit left in the pool 2. breakfast was just microwaved. They forgot my husband's ommlette and did not bring him one when we alerted them of it. Breakfast was also given 45 minutes after we scheduled it. The breakfast was so unappealing, we skipped it the rest of our trip. 3. the wine in the room looks as though it is a welcome gift. It is not, it is 40 euros a bottle which is insanely expensive for European wine. In short, beautiful property but they were not ready for opening. Staff needs to learn hospitality in the service industry. For the price, and lack of a sunset view, I would stay somewhere else.

I stayed a week in Arise Suites and I couldn't ask for anything better. The hotel is in a quiet location, but not too far from the nightlife of the capital Fira. You can also see a breathtaking sunrise. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day. We had a wonderful outdoor hydromassage with always hot water for absolute relaxation. Breakfast is also on time every day and the guys allow you to decide it day by day. Yannis and his colleague were immediately friendly and took care to provide us with the best companies for a magnificent boat tour on the Caldera and for car rental. I highly recommend, super approved!!!
