Typically, you'll receive the confirmation email and booking voucher (PDF file) within 30 minutes of making the reservation. If not received, check your junk or spam folders. You can also download or resend your booking voucher online.

Where can I review my booking details and status?

Access your booking details and status online by signing in and selecting "My Bookings" from the account menu. If you forgot your sign-in details, follow the "My Bookings" link in your confirmation email.

Can you reissue the booking voucher for me?

HotelsNest now offers a self-service option. Simply click on the self-service link provided in your confirmation email to resend your booking voucher.

Can I request an extra bed/baby cot for my room?

The availability of an extra bed/baby cot depends on the property. Additional costs for children, including extra beds, are not included in the reservation price unless specified. Contact the property directly for this information.

Does the hotel provide airport transfers?

During your search, select 'Hotel/Airport transfer' in the facilities section. Alternatively, find this information in the "Useful Information" section on the hotel page. Some rooms may include complimentary airport transfer, specified in the room type or the total on the booking form. Additional charges may apply, so contact the hotel directly to arrange.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

If breakfast is included, it will be mentioned as "Breakfast Included" below the room type. If not mentioned, the hotel does not include breakfast with the room deal.

Can I choose my bed type?

Submit your bed type preference to the property using the self-service option. Note that special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by HotelsNest.

I haven't received my booking confirmation; what should I do?

How can I submit a "Best Price Guarantee" or "Lowest Price Guarantee" claim?

HotelsNest provides a "Best Price Guarantee" or "Lowest Price Guarantee." If you find a better price on another website for the same room, dates, and conditions after booking, we may match the rate or credit the difference in NestElite credits. To claim, submit the HotelsNest Booking ID, URL link, hotel name, screenshots, and details using the provided email template before 11:59 PM the day before check-in.

You should have received a confirmation email at the provided address. If you don't have access, email us with hotel details, check-in/out dates, lead guest name, and booking creation date.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancel your booking online on the HotelsNest website. Cancellation fees, determined by the property, are listed in your cancellation policy.

Will I be charged for canceling my booking?

Free cancellation bookings have no fees. Non-refundable bookings may incur a cancellation fee, determined by the property.

How do I confirm my booking cancellation?

When will I receive my refund?
